They have many applications: humanoids, cobots, exoskeletons, medical and service robots as well as large-scale assembly lines – our servo motors, servo kits and drive systems helps you overcome limitations and keep everything under control. Making it all possible are market-leading torque density, utmost precision and optimal design freedom.

Servomotors

We developed our solid and hollow-shaft servo motors on the basis of our proven servo kits and other components. They offer maximum overload capability coupled with maximum torque density in a compact design. They are available as direct drives or even with directly integrated gears.

 

Frameless motors

Our stator-rotor installation kits with optimally calibrated safety brakes and absolute encoders afford a high degree of design freedom and maximum performance for future-oriented applications in industrial and collaborative robotics.

 

Custom actuators

We design and manufacture highly efficient, customer-specific actuators on the basis of our market-leading products – tailor-made to your requirements and easy to integrate. You benefit from our many years of experience with design-in mechatronics and our extensive manufacturing know-how.

Technology and history

TQ’s RoboDrive technology has its origins in the developmental labs of the German Aerospace Center (Deutschen Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt, DLR), where the next generation of modern, collaborative robots was developed. Since then, TQ servo motors, servo kits and drive systems have proven themselves everywhere in the world – and also in space – wherever high torque, maximum dynamic response, precision and robustness are required in the smallest possible size.
