Founded in 1993, the TQ-Product-Compliance-Center in Augsburg is a renowned testing laboratory and an integral part of TQ. With in-depth expertise and outstanding service quality, it stands for product testing and product certification for a wide range of industries and international markets.
As a manufacturer’s testing laboratory, it has many years of experience in the fields of IT, industry, metrology, medical technology, robotics, and much more. All tests are carried out under real-life conditions. If desired, we can support you already in the concept and design phase, define requirements for your target markets, perform the necessary tests, and coordinate cooperation with testing and certification bodies.

The TQ-PCC in Augsburg is part of the technology company TQ and can therefore draw on a development team of 300 experts in hardware, software, and mechanics. The TQ-Product-Compliance-Center (TQ-PCC) is TQ’s accredited testing and certification laboratory, specializing in electrical and electronic products. It is aimed at manufacturers who want to market their products in the EU or internationally and need to cover EMC, radio, product safety, environmental simulation, cybersecurity, material compliance, and certifications. The TQ-PCC is open both to TQ customers (who develop or manufacture at TQ) and to customers independent of TQ.
Can TQ-PCC also be used without the other TQ services?
Yes. The TQ-PCC operates independently of manufacturers and is open to all electronics manufacturers, regardless of whether they develop or manufacture at TQ. The greatest added value naturally arises when testing and development take place under one roof. But even as a pure testing and certification laboratory, the TQ-PCC is a competent partner.
What accreditations and approvals does the TQ-PCC have?
TQ-PCC is DAkkS-accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 for the fields of EMC, product safety, environmental simulation, and medical devices. The test results are therefore internationally recognized and suitable as a basis for regulatory approval procedures worldwide. In addition, TQ-PCC has A.C.T. recognition (Acceptance of Client's Testing) from TÜV SÜD as well as VCCI recognition for the Japanese market.
How is the TQ-PCC integrated into your development process?
The TQ-PCC is ideally involved already in the concept and design phase – not only at the end of development.
