The TQMx120 family with 12th generation Intel® Core™ processors ("Alder Lake-P") already offers high flexibility in terms of performance and power demand: three performance levels with a total of 10 processor variants are available - from Intel® Celeron® to Intel® Core™ i3 and Intel® Core™ i5 to Intel® Core™ i7.

Equipped with the 13th generation Intel® Core™ processors ("Raptor Lake-P") newly introduced by Intel at the beginning of 2023, there will be an absolutely pin-compatible upgrade to the already available module family: the TQMx130 family.

Latest Intel technology in the low-power segment

With the SMARC compliant module TQMxE41S, TQ supports the "Alder Lake-N" processor family with Intel® Core™ i3-N305 and Intel Atom® x7000E processors for IoT applications, which were launched by Intel at the beginning of 2023. This means that users can benefit from the latest technology also in the low-power segment (5 W - 15 W):

  • Up to 8 efficient cores
    and extremely powerful graphics with AI boost (both known from the 12th/13th generation Intel® Core™ processors)
  • High-speed interfaces
    such as 2x 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2, PCIe and three ultra-high-resolution display interfaces
  • Particularly small dimensions
    with only 82 mm x 50 mm

The COM Express® Basic Module TQMx110EB with 11th generation Intel® Core™ and Intel® Xeon® processors (Tiger Lake-H) offers optimal possibilities for extensions and high-speed peripherals with its comprehensive feature set of high-speed interfaces.

In order to be able to optimally cover the diverse application possibilities of the latest Intel Atom® family with extended temperature range, TQ provides no less than 4 different embedded modules on the established form factors SMARC, COM Express Mini and COM Express Compact.

The processor selection ranges from Intel® Celeron® (N/J) and Intel® Pentium® (N/J) to dual and quad core Intel Atom® processors.
