The MBox-Advanced is designed for industrial applications with high reliability and is designed for an extended service life of more than 10 years.
How to buy the right variant
To find the right MBox-Advanced without any detours, three decisions are usually enough.
Both. The MBox-Advanced can be used as a standard embedded PC and is also suitable for industrial firewall and security appliance scenarios.
The platform offers 4 independent Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and uses Intel i210 controllers.
AES NI support is provided, TPM 1.2 or TPM 2.0 is optional.
The MBox Advanced can be mounted flexibly - either as a desktop version, via a VESA75 mount or on a DIN rail using a suitable adapter kit.
The MBox Advanced can be operated with 9 to 36 volts.
The MBox Advanced is available with soldered DDR3L RAM (2, 4 or 8 GB) and supports eMMC as mass storage (up to 128 GB). An M.2 slot (Key B+M) is also provided, which supports SATA and USB.
A DisplayPort with DP++, which supports up to 4K UHD, is provided for image output. This means that the MBox-Advanced is also suitable for applications with a monitor connection, for example for visualization or user interfaces.
Windows 10 (Standard and Embedded IoT) and Linux (e.g. Ubuntu) are supported. Customer-specific software images can also be pre-installed on the MBox.
