Not every embedded application can be optimally implemented with a standardized form factor. For particularly specific requirements, TQ offers embedded modules in a proprietary design - developed for maximum flexibility, compact designs and maximum functionality. Thanks to the free design of the system architecture, customer-specific interfaces, individual pinouts or particularly flat heights can be implemented precisely. Developers also benefit from direct access to the layout, BIOS/bootloader and BSPs, which enables seamless integration into the target system.

The choice is yours: TQ offers you individual embedded solutions with solder modules (Land Grid Array) or plug-in modules. This gives you full access to all processor features and a high power density in the smallest possible space.
