The TQMa94xxLA embedded module is based on the i.MX 94 processor family featuring a Quad-Core ARM® Cortex®-A55 from NXP. This LGA (Land Grid Array) module is designed to support pin-compatible processor variants on a single module layout and provides access to all signal pins for flexible system integration. The module is ideally suited for applications with extended real-time requirements.
The CPU includes an integrated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) delivering up to 0.5 TOPS, making it an excellent choice for AI and machine learning use cases. In addition, the module features 5x Ethernet interfaces with TSN, fieldbus support, and switch functionality, enabling reliable performance in real-time industrial applications.

The core of the STKa94xxLA set is the TQMa94xxLA module with a Quad Cortex®-A55 CPU. The components contained in the starter kit constitute a modularsystem enabling you to develop your own product ideas. Development of theEthernet interfaces, can be started immediately using the prepared combinationof the functionality unit of the starter kit that are matched to each other. Todevelop your own hardware you can use the certifi ed and qualifi ed circuitcomponents of the starter kit in your own designs.
