However, this technology reaches its limits in certain areas, such as hygiene requirements, extreme lighting conditions or when the user's hands are full. Distraction from the display can also be dangerous during critical tasks such as crane operation.

Although alternative operating concepts have been developed, they have often failed to establish themselves. However, thanks to modern embedded computing modules and advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and connectivity, it is now possible to implement these concepts cost-effectively to significantly improve the operation of devices and machines.
