TQ becomes a Premium Partner of Texas Instruments
TQ offers a wide range of system on modules for a range of TI Arm®-based processorsLeading embedded technology company, TQ, is joining the reengineered TI partner program as premium partner.
TQ-Systems is now listed in TI’s highest partner program level. This recognition underscores the long-standing and highly successful collaboration between the two embedded computing specialists.
Texas Instruments and TQ have shared a close technology partnership for many years. Across multiple CPU generations, TQ has consistently relied on TI processors. This collaboration enables early access to new components, joint design development, and the realization of customer-specific embedded solutions tailored precisely to market requirements.
Andreas Willig, Product Manager at TQ-Embedded and responsible for the TI partnership, reflects on recent projects:
“Thanks to our close, direct collaboration with TI, we have already been able to realize numerous proven modules based on various platforms. A current example is our TQMa67xx module, built on TI’s high-performance processors. It offers scalable options such as AI acceleration, Vision ISP, and 3D graphics, and is available both as a plug-in and solder down module, providing maximum flexibility for users.”
TI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of analog and embedded processing semiconductors. With a broad portfolio ranging from general-purpose and real-time microcontrollers (MCUs) to DSPs and Arm®-based SoCs, TI serves numerous industries. The AM62x, AM243x, AM64x, AM65x and AM67x platforms are particularly compelling for their real-time capability, energy-efficient architecture, and wide range of industrial interfaces.
“Our close collaboration with TI helps us provide customers with a portfolio of embedded modules, design services and development support to help customers get to market faster.” Willig continues. „“In addition, we keep our customers informed about the latest innovations and technology trends in our joint video series Embedded Expertise.”
Stefanie Kölbl, Head of TQ-Embedded, takes a look ahead: “Together we have already achieved a great deal, but as part of the reengineered partner program—and especially with the distinction as a Premium Partner—completely new opportunities are opening up. We are at the beginning of a new chapter in the success story of TI and TQ. There is much more to come.”
