Four times in a row – TQ again is a MINT Minded Company
The technology company TQ is a MINT Minded Company for the fourth year in a row in 2020. With this initiative, audimax Medien GmbH, together with the "MINT Zukunft schaffen" association, is honoring TQ as a company that particularly promotes the next generation, talents and specialists in MINT subjects. The award is available through after third-party nomination only and not for sale.

MINT stands for the subjects of mathematics, information technology, all natural sciences and technology. All MINT students enrolled at a university in Germany were able to name their top employer for the award. After an evaluation by audimax, all nominees then received the 10-point declaration "MINT Welcome" for signing. TQ received the award as one of around 40 companies throughout Germany.
Students of MINT subjects can put what they have learned into practice at several TQ locations: as interns, working students and as part of their final thesis for the Bachelor and Master. In addition, TQ offers a combination of vocational training and studies, such as industrial engineering and management, and participates in the "Hochschule Dual" program with fixed practical blocks at TQ for the entire duration of their studies.
