Our after-sales service offering
TQ offers a wide range of services, available individually or in customized combinations. We will be happy to advise you on your project and the services best suited to your requirements and product.

Repair Service
Professional repair of defective electronic assemblies with short turnaround times, structured failure analysis, and complete service documentation for each unit.
Maintenance & Calibration
Scheduled maintenance and metrological calibration of assemblies and systems – for reproducible measurement accuracy and long-term operational reliability.
Conversion, Retrofitting & Upgrading
Adaptation of existing assemblies to new requirements – whether hardware conversion, functional expansion, or upgrading to current component generations.
Long-term service (> 10 years)
TQ ensures service and spare parts supply for more than ten years after the end of series production – ideal for products with long operating cycles in industry, medical technology, and aviation.

Microsection & X-ray Analysis
Non-destructive and metallographic analysis of solder joints and components for in-depth root cause investigation of complex failure patterns.
Initiation of corrective measures
Based on the root cause analysis, TQ initiates targeted corrective measures – internally in production or externally in coordination with suppliers and the customer.
Traceability with lifecycle record
At TQ, each service unit is managed with a lifecycle record. All interventions, repairs, modifications, and analysis results are fully documented and can be accessed throughout the entire service life. This creates transparency for you, your customers, and certification authorities. In regulated industries such as medical technology and aviation, this documentation is often mandatory.
TQ offers repair services, conversion and upgrading, maintenance and calibration, long-term service for more than ten years, and aviation service in accordance with DIN EN 9110. This is complemented by structured root cause analysis, including microsection and X-ray analysis, as well as the initiation of corrective measures internally and externally.
A lifecycle record is the complete service documentation of an individual assembly or system throughout its entire operational lifetime. All repairs, modifications, analysis results, and corrective actions are recorded and can be accessed at any time. This is particularly important for regulated industries such as medical technology and aviation, where complete traceability of all interventions must be demonstrated to authorities and certification bodies.
TQ offers long-term service for more than ten years after the end of series production. The exact service duration is agreed as part of the service contract.
Microsection analysis is a metallographic method in which a component or solder joint is physically sectioned and the cross-section is examined under a microscope. It provides detailed information about material structure, solder joint quality, and failure mechanisms. X-ray analysis, on the other hand, is non-destructive. It makes hidden structures such as BGA solder joints or internal component defects visible without damaging the component. TQ uses both methods depending on the failure cause and the specific analysis requirements.
Yes. TQ offers aviation service in accordance with DIN EN 9110. This standard defines the requirements for quality management systems for maintenance organizations in aviation. It ensures that all services for aviation-grade electronic assemblies are documented, traceable, and verifiable in accordance with applicable standards.
