Over 30 years of experience
Our experts combine in-depth specialist knowledge with many years of experience across a wide range of industries.
Mechanical manufacturing at TQ ranges from individual prototypes to series production. Milling, turning, and assembly are carried out in-house, in direct coordination with development. This results in components and assemblies that are precisely tailored to your requirements and can be flexibly adapted.
Our mechanical manufacturing services
In our mechanical manufacturing, we cover the entire process from precision components to assembled modules. We combine many years of experience with in-depth technological expertise for tailored solutions.
Using CNC milling and turning machines, TQ manufactures precision parts for prototypes, one-off components, and small to medium series. Multi-axis CNC milling enables even complex geometries and tight tolerances to be implemented reliably. The machining area is 1,100 × 500 × 500 mm.
In CNC turning, we manufacture dimensionally accurate rotationally symmetrical parts such as shafts, bushings, or housing elements in one-off and small-series production.
In addition to mechanical manufacturing, TQ also handles the assembly of modules and complete systems. Assembly planning is carried out in close coordination with development. This brings mechanical and electronic components together to form a functional overall system.
If required, we also offer surface finishes such as anodizing, painting, or powder coating as part of TQ’s scope of delivery. Implementation is handled by qualified external partners who are reliably integrated into the overall process and optimally complement our mechanical manufacturing.
Our comprehensive testing infrastructure – from contour measurement to 3D measurement – ensures that every manufactured part meets the highest quality standards and precise dimensional specifications.

TQ uses CNC milling (multi-axis, machining area 1,100 × 500 × 500 mm) and CNC turning as its core manufacturing processes, complemented by manual assembly and – through external partners – surface finishing services such as anodizing, painting, and powder coating. Common materials processed include steels, aluminum, and engineering plastics.
Depending on quantity, component complexity, and specific requirements, we are happy to handle series production directly in-house. For larger quantities or special manufacturing processes, we also draw on an established network of qualified partners and suppliers. This allows us to implement even extensive projects efficiently and always offer you the most economically and technically suitable solution.
Our mechanical manufacturing covers a wide range of quantities – from prototypes and individual parts to small batches and series production with volumes of up to 100,000 units per year.
For fast and precise quotation preparation, we ideally need technical drawings, such as PDF files, as well as 3D data, such as STEP files, supplemented by information on the desired quantity, material, and – if relevant – tolerances and surface requirements. If these documents are not yet fully available, we will be happy to support you in preparing and completing them as part of our mechanical development services.
Yes, TQ’s service portfolio includes both the manufacturing of individual mechanical components and the assembly of complete assemblies and products. This enables us to cover and efficiently manage the entire process – from component manufacturing to the finished end product – from a single source.
