Christian Social Union (CSU) delegation visits Seefeld technology company
The success story of TQ Systems in Seefeld demonstrates that a company can be successful today using technology developed and produced in Germany. A CSU delegation was able to see that for themselves on site on 26 July 2017.
Michael Kießling, CSU candidate for the Bundestag (German parliament), Manfred Herz, member of the Gilching town council, Georg Scheitz, deputy district administrator of the Starnberg district, Wolfram Gum, mayor of Seefeld and Doris Kramp-Cichon from the local Seefeld CSU chapter visited TQ headquarters in Gut Delling.
“With about 700 employees in the Starnberg district, we are an important employer and occupational training company in the region. In total, the TQ Group has more than 1400 employees. Since the company was founded in 1994, TQ has continued on a positive trend because we rely on the newest technologies and cooperate with our customers as partners. In addition, our employees are one of the most important factors in our success,” states TQ managing director Detlef Schneider.
TQ has expanded its range of services and products in recent years. Finished solution modules supplemented the customer-ordered electronics development and manufacture. “The highest performance e-bike drive currently available on the market comes from TQ. We also supply powerful and precise electric drives for robotics. This makes us one of the leaders in this innovative market. We are active in medical technology with special PCs for medical environments and a therapy unit for stroke patients. We are also in the process of expanding our commitment in the aviation area,” remarked Detlef Schneider.
The CSU delegation was excited about the diversity and future orientation at TQ.
