The MBox-VH is an embedded PC based on the Intel® Atom™ processor series E3800 (Bay Trail-I) for embedded applications. The ultra-compact integration of the hardware with the housing enables applications with particularly small housing dimensions.
The housing design is very flexible so that the MBox-R can be used as a desktop device or integrated into control cabinets with DIN rail mounting. Individual ODM branding (colour, logo, labelling... ) is possible.
The MBox-VH is designed so that it can be individually configured according to customer requirements. Functionality and interfaces can easily be added via internal Mini PCIe add-in cards. Typical applications are embedded server and gateway applications, entry-level PCs for automation, visualization, monitoring and all applications with the highest demands on quality, durability and long-term availability. In the MBox-VH, the V stands for "variable" housing variant.
