Global procurement
TQ sources electronic and mechanical components worldwide through qualified suppliers and authorized distributors. This enables us to ensure stable procurement processes and take care of supplier management for you.
The right quantity, at the right time, in the right place – that is the basic formula for reliable logistics. For TQ, this means much more than delivering finished products: the supply chain includes end-to-end data availability from inquiry to delivery, logistical integration with customers and suppliers, and the automation of these processes. As an E²MS supplier, we view and optimize the entire supply chain – so your production keeps running and your customers are supplied on time.
Our logistics services
TQ manages all processes along the supply chain with the clear goal of securing availability and ensuring stable supply throughout the entire product lifecycle. We place particular emphasis on cost-optimized procurement and end-to-end traceability, so you always have a clear overview of materials and processes.
Value-stream-oriented logistics
TQ takes a value-stream-oriented approach to logistics. This means that every process step is optimized for minimal idle times and efficient material and information flows. The result is smooth handovers and short lead times from order to delivery.

TQ’s procurement logistics includes the global sourcing of electronic and mechanical components through qualified suppliers, batch-controlled material provisioning according to the FIFO principle, and complete logistical integration with customers, including status tracking and end-to-end, transparent supply chain management. Additional services include RoHS and REACH compliance management, foreign trade management supported by AEO C/S status, and reliable delivery to our customers through a global partner network.
Value-stream-oriented logistics ensures that material and information flows are optimally aligned. This helps reduce idle times, interfaces, and unnecessary delays. The result is faster processes, lower capital commitment, and a more reliable supply chain.
TQ records all assemblies via serial number barcodes in its own MES system and uses batch-controlled material provisioning according to the FIFO principle. This enables full traceability of every unit – from incoming component to delivered assembly. This is particularly relevant for customers in regulated industries such as medical technology and aviation, where documentation is required for authorities and certification bodies.
TQ addresses supply bottlenecks through strategic stockpiling of critical components, global component sourcing, and a resilient supplier network. This helps cushion supply chain risks at an early stage and avoid production interruptions. In addition, our obsolescence management supports the selection of suitable, long-term available components, further contributing to risk minimization.
