Our manufacturing areas (SMD, THT) are fitted with the most up-to-date machinery allowing us to manufacture your modules by employing the very latest technologies. In order to keep up-to-date in circuit board assembly, we will continually invest in additional equipment according to your requirements.

Our modern machine park means that you benefit from optimized production costs and high manufacturing quality. As far as meeting demand is concerned, the electronic engineering services provided by TQ will not let you down: our five production sites, which are all similarly equipped, means that we can flexibly relocate production orders thus enabling us to maintain high production capacities.

How you benefit:

  • modern manufacturing technologies (up to 01005)
  • high degree of flexibility
  • Process-driven quality assurance
  • 7 production sites (6 x Germany and 1 x China)
  • 16 SMD lines and 10 THT lines - each RoHS-conform - as well as with conventional technology
  • production range from prototypes to serial production
  • traceability (materials, components, quality, process)

  • 16 SMD lines with 12 Mio. components per day assembly performance
  • 10 THT lines (wave soldering)
  • 5 selective wave soldering machines
  • 6 painting lines, resin dispensing plant
  • 2 vapor phase soldering machines (Asscon)
  • AOI systems (screen printer, SMD, THT)
  • 4 X-Ray apparatus (partially inline)

The modules manufactured by us range from large boards manufactured using THT to high-tech modules in mini format. Electronic circuitry manufactured by TQ may be found amongst other places in:
