Based on our ISO/TS 16949 certification, we develop and produce customer-specific products using automotive processes while obeying the pertinent standards and regulations.

 

An important basis for this is advanced quality planning according to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reference books. The product design FMEA establishes the starting point for focused advanced quality planning. Using the risk assessment provided by a following process FMEA, we summarize the resulting actions and the associated process parameters into individual production control plans. In this context, determined special features relevant to quality and function are subjected to statistical process controls.

 

Solutions are implemented, among others, in the areas of power electronics, motor control systems and exhaust gas treatment. Innovative solutions for electric drives, power supply and charging systems are created in cooperation with partner companies.

 

You can expect us to provide a high degree of competence in development and production in the areas of electronics, mechatronics and the associated mechanical systems.

 

Our service spectrum includes the complete product life cycle from conception through development and production to long-term service (-> TQ services). All services are offered as modular solutions for partial components and complete devices.Our services are supplemented with a comprehensive solution kit and proven standard products (-> TQ products).
