   Customer or supplier information, employee information, applicant information and information collected from other interest groups of persons if it is required to achieve the purposes indicated under number 4. Upon request, we will be happy to inform you with which process your information has been saved and which information is involved.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be provided:
   Public entities with priority legal regulations, external customers in accordance with § 11 BDSG and external entities as well as internal departments of TQ-Systems GmbH to achieve the purposes indicated under number 4.
7. Regular time periods for data deletion:
   Legislators have adopted numerous data storage obligations and time periods. When the statutory periods have expired, the corresponding personal information is routinely deleted. If data are not affected by the above, they are deleted if the purposes indicated under number 4 no longer apply.
8. Planned data transmission to non-EU countries:
   No transfer of personal data to non-EU countries is planned.
